Five Tips for Maximizing Your Visibility as a Virtual Exhibitor

We are in the home stretch now before the first-ever virtual HRSouthwest Conference (HRSW). As the first virtual education event of this scale for HR professionals, we expect to reach an expanded national footprint of attendees. We will welcome engaged and enthusiastic HR practitioners focusing on their own professional development and their companies’ preparation for the year ahead. With an interactive virtual experience including in-person event favorites like the Virtual Marketplace and the Knowledge Hub, we’re excited to welcome thousands of you to our digital space.

Here are five ways in which you can maximize your visibility as a virtual exhibitor with this engaged and excited audience.

#1. Recognize the opportunity.

While the virtual event will be different from an in-person event in a bustling convention center, it offers distinct advantages. First, as the largest virtual HR education event in the industry this year, HRSWC will feature a broader audience and an additional day to engage with prospects.

#2. Customize your booth.

Take advantage of the opportunity to customize your Virtual Booth and stand out! Think of it as a microsite which you can brand: upload brochures or slicks for easy downloading, feature videos from YouTube and Vimeo, and more.

#3. Meet with attendees.

The heart of any exhibit hall, virtual or in-person, is interaction. Attendees can interact with your sales team in real time or even just visit your booth and download your brochures. You can schedule a 1:1 private meeting or engage visitors in a group demo with group meetings. Either way, when attendees “stop by your booth”, lead retrieval analytics capture their information.  Be sure to communicate these opportunities ahead of time so visitors can make time in their schedules.

#4. Engage with a game.

Event wide contests encourage all attendees to engage with participating exhibitors, workshops or other targeted programming. The HRSWC digital Marketplace Challenge Game, sponsored by PRIDESTAFF is an event wide contest with prizes and is included in all virtual booth and sponsor packages. This Virtual Marketplace traffic driver is fun for attendees and could turn into leads for you.

#5. Follow up.

Follow up with post-show communications and engagement for your leads as you would do after an in-person event. These help you keep the sales conversation going even after the event ends.

Your Virtual Booth at HRSWC includes:

  • Logo and company description (1,200 characters)
  • Welcome Media (video or jpg)
  • Social media link outs
  • Downloadable resources
  • Leads and analytics
  • Unlimited booth staff (virtual booth access only)
  • Booth staff listing with photos and contact details
  • Exhibitor Directory tile with logo, branding and one category listing
  • Inclusion in the digital Marketplace Challenge Game
  • Pre virtual event exposure with promotional marketing and company listing and logo on website, including contact information, product/service categories, company description and link to your company website or custom landing page

This year’s HRSWC will look different, but like this year’s tag line we’re ready to Embrace the Future and produce a highly successful event for our repeat attendees and new audiences from our industry.
