Five Tips for Maximizing Your Visibility as a Virtual Exhibitor
We are in the home stretch now before the first-ever virtual HRSouthwest Conference (HRSW). Here are five ways in which you can maximize your visibility as a virtual exhibitor with this engaged and excited audience.
#1. Recognize the opportunity.
While the virtual event will be different from an in-person event in a bustling convention center, it offers distinct advantages. First, as the largest virtual HR education event in the industry this year, HRSWC will feature a broader audience and an additional day to engage with prospects.
#2. Customize your booth.
Take advantage of the opportunity to customize your Virtual Booth and stand out! Think of it as a microsite which you can brand: upload brochures or slicks for easy downloading, feature videos from YouTube and Vimeo, and more.
#3. Meet with attendees.
The heart of any exhibit hall, virtual or in-person, is interaction. Attendees can interact with your sales team in real time or even just visit your booth and download your brochures.
